This tasting event pairs fermentation, food, and fun in a fundraising event bringing dozens of local food, craft beer, wine, and spirit vendors to the RMSC. Enjoy an evening of sampling, entertainment, and unique insights into the science of wine, beer, and spirits.

This unique fundraising event celebrates all things food and fermentation while raising money for the RMSC.
During the event, dozens of local and regional beer, wine, spirit, and food vendors will set up shop at the RMSC Museum & Science Center with tasting samples and products to purchase. Guests can also learn more about the science behind food and beverage tasting, mixology, viticulture, brewing, distilling, and more.
