Who Hides in the CNC Woods? A Trail Camera Presentation
*The event has already taken place on this date: Fri, 07/24/2026
CNC is home to a variety of animals, and not all of them are ones you’ll see during your visit. So, how do we know they’re here? One method we use to collect data about species on the property is trail cams! Attend this session to learn more about some of the interesting critters that call the nature center home.
Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
We see signs of so many animals in our woods, but there are many we rarely get to see, unless we capture them on trail camera! Join Madeline Wlasniewski from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation as she tells you why we put trail cameras in our woods and in other local places, and shows you what we have found. This program is appropriate for all ages.
