Join us at the New York Wine & Culinary Center as we highlight Blue House Farm in our first Farmers Dinner Series. Blue House Farm, located in Canandaigua, NY raise lamb, chicken and pork on a farm that was once a horse farm built in 1825. Blue House Farm produces rotationally grazed grass fed lamb, pasture raised poultry and heritage breed Gloucester Old Spot pigs with the goal to use farming practices that develop pasture productivity. Winter Winter Chicken Dinner will highlight the Freedom Ranger Chickens raised by Blue House Farm in a delicious three course dinner.
