Yoga Cruise on the Sam Patch

Who gives a ship about yoga? We do! The only thing better than doing yoga or taking a boat ride...is doing both at the same time! 90 Min Cruise with 60 Min of Vinyasa Yoga!

Join us and local yoga extraordinaire, Lynne Boucher of Yoga Revolution, for a 90 minute YOGA CRUISE on the Erie Canal, including 60 minutes of open-level vinyasa yoga. You will enjoy the gorgeous scenery while you stretch and strengthen your body during this unique yoga opportunity. Once class is ended take some quiet moments on deck while sipping a mimosa or other beverage, non-alcoholic or otherwise, that you can purchase at our onboard bar. No Yoga experience necessary. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Wear something comfortable. SPACE IS LIMITED. Get your tickets soon before we fill up. Ages 10 and up (parent signature needed for students under 18)
