Saturday afternoon Science cafe featuring a speaker from the Rochester science community

A brand-new speaker series! Please join us on the 2nd Saturday of the month (excluding December) to join an informal presentation on a topic of scientific interest. September's speaker will be Dr. Patricia White, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Neurobiology and Anatomy, University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. Dr. White will be speaking on "How Does Noise Damage Hearing?" This new series is geared to the general public, as an outreach effort and is intended to be interactive and informal. A quiet activity table for children will be set up at the back of the room.
