BLACKSMITHING SAMPLER: Chipping Hammer
Get fired up with this hands-on intro to blacksmithing—the timeless craft of shaping glowing metal with hammer and anvil. In this exciting sampler class, you’ll forge your own chipping hammer, used primarily for removing scale, cleaning welds, & adding detail in metalwork. Along the way, you’ll learn essential forging skills like tapering, bending, and twisting as sparks fly and steel comes to life. No experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm and a sense of adventure!

Our experienced instructors will use a combination of lecture, demonstration, and hands-on instruction at the forge to enhance your learning experience.
All safety equipment and smithing materials are included in the course price. Great for beginners and experienced tradesmen!
