Experience the power of close looking! Using strategies and tools that can be implemented in your classroom. We will examine some of MAG’s newest works in our permanent collection both on view and in art storage—a rare glimpse behind-the scenes! This workshop will highlight Artful Thinking Routines to collaboratively respond to a work of art with an emphasis on exploring viewpoints. This workshop will also include a creative activity guided by a Teaching Artist.
Participants will earn 2.5 CTLE credit hours upon completion. Light refreshments provided. (Same workshop will be offered on Saturday, March 14.)
Registration ends on Monday, March 9, at 4:30 pm. Registration includes museum admission.
