From sun salutations and
standing poses, to partner exercises, work to
strengthen your body and your mind. Build
muscle strength and flexibility, and learn
mental relaxation techniques. All levels
welcome. This is a structured class in a fun
and inspiring environment.
Each participant will need a yoga mat.
