Fidelis Care: This is a free informational session about health insurance on Thursday, December 6th from 2-3:00 PM. Fidelis Care provides health insurance coverage through Qualified Health Plans, Child Health Plus, Essential Plan, and Medicaid - available through the NY State of Health Marketplace - as well as through the Medicare Advantage, Dual Advantage, and Managed Long Term Care programs. There will be giveaways for attendees (while supplies last.) Please register in advance online or by phone.
