Glass Flame Workshop

If you’ve ever wanted to express your creativity in glass art, Rochester Arc + Flame Center’s Glass Flame Workshop is the class for you. In this 8-hour program you will learn skills such as lighting the torch, adjusting the flame, stretching, gathering, cutting, & fusing boro glass rods. A wide range of color options are available for you to experiment with. Each student will make up to 5 glass pieces including a tear drop & leaf. NOTE: Projects are ready for pickup 1 week after the class.

Our experienced instructors will use a combination of lecture, demonstration, and hands-on instruction to enhance your learning experience. All safety equipment and glass materials are included in the course price. Great for beginners and experienced flame workers!
NOTE: Projects are ready for pickup 1 week after the class. Breakfast snacks and lunch will be provided. Please contact the Arc + Flame Center at least 72-hours prior to the event regarding any food allergies or restrictions.
