Goat Yoga on the farm is BACK!! Tickets for the first couple weeks of classes go LIVE on MONDAY May 5th at 10am…these will go fast! Tickets for later classes will be released on a rolling basis each week.
Select Saturday and Sundays in May through June, reservation is required and space is limited.
Downward Dog…More like Downward Goat! Classes will be a slow flow style yoga class filled with poses that maximize your opportunity to interact with the goats. This class will make you leave any b-a-a-d vibes behind and embrace your inner G.O.A.T.
About the teacher: Jen Boucher has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and became a certified teacher in January 2024. She teaches Power Yoga style classes at The Practice Buffalo in East Aurora and specializes in teaching kids yoga around the WNY community.
Classes are held in the barn, with dozens of baby goats, lambs, and other critters roaming amongst you! Dress for yoga...but farm style! Maybe leave your nicest mat and new lulus at home, the goats don't care what you're wearing, but the LOVE to climb all over you...chew on your hair...you get the idea!
