Join us — if you dare! — for a “haunted” stroll through the Sonnenberg grounds. Hear strange Sonnenberg tales from the last 128 years that will leave you in goosebumps! Be ready for spooky characters during the walk – you never know who or what might be lurking or watching! Watch out for spooky figures behind trees, in bushes, under bridges, in the Roman Bath and who knows where else!
The ghosts of Sonnenberg haunt the Mansion year round and seem to be stronger right before Halloween. Maids and butlers come to life along with the children who stayed on the 3rd floor. It has been reported that a headless horseman rides on the South Lawn on many nights. You never know what to expect so STAY ALERT!
Refreshments will be sold by the “Friends of Sonnenberg” in the Carriage House
$5/person, under 5 FREE. Half mile walk. Please park in the VA parking lot and enter via our Fort Hill Avenue gate. CASH ONLY.
