The Importance of Credit and Finances During the Adoption Process and Beyond

Matthew Sitler, Children Awaiting Parent's Board Member and 5-year C.A.S.H. Advisor for the Empire Justice Center will offer financial strategies for families, individuals and those at any stage of the adoption process.

During the first two weeks of National Adoption Month, Children Awaiting Parents will be hosting workshops open to the community on topics relating to meeting the needs of teens and families touched by adoption or who have special needs. The workshops are applicable to the following groups: adoptive families, child welfare professionals, educators, therapists, family law professionals, and anyone who works with or is a parent to teens (especially teens in foster care).
Each workshop is $20 per person, $35 for two.
