Intro to Linoleum Block Printing with Skyla Piciotti (@cleanbreakpress) on Mondays, April 17 - May 8 from 6:00 - 8:30pm.
Students will learn techniques for carving blocks, how to create and transfer imagery, and how to sign and edition prints.

Intro to Linoleum Block Printing with Skyla Piciotti (@cleanbreakpress) on Mondays, April 17 - May 8 from 6:00 - 8:30pm.
Learn the basics of linoleum block printing to create cards, fine art prints, or add new imagery to your letterpress work. Students will learn techniques for carving blocks, how to create and transfer imagery, and how to sign and edition prints. Students will experiment with printing on different types of paper, explore working with multiple blocks, and experience printing on a press.
No prior printing experience is required. Students will leave with multiple prints and enough skills to continue printing at home. Note: There will be no class on October 20th. Included: $20 materials fee.
