The Know Thyself Perspective, Part Two: In this follow up class to Part One, author and Life Coach Adrien Fiorucci will explore the topic of Anxiety. Why does anxiety seem to be an epidemic of our modern age? Mr. Fiorucci will discuss the deep inner origins of anxiety, why it may be increasing with our technological advancements, and how we might deal with it, whether for ourselves or to help someone we know. A Q & A session will conclude the talk.
