Move with Ease

Jump into rehabilitation! The new Move with Ease program at the Schottland Family YMCA is a water-based exercise program for individuals rehabilitating from a neurological condition. Previous swimming experience is not required, and a spouse and/or aid is welcome to assist in the water.
