NAMIWalks Rochester NY returns on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Asbury First United Methodist Church, located at 1050 East Avenue in historic downtown Rochester. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. and the walk steps off at 10:00 a.m.
This is more than just a walk. NAMIWalks Rochester NY is a full community celebration featuring live music, activities for kids, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it a perfect outing for the whole family. Whether your little ones are joining their first walk or your family is returning for another year, there is something for everyone.
Every dollar raised supports NAMI Rochester, the local affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness. NAMI Rochester provides free mental health education programs, support groups, and community resources to individuals and families across the Greater Rochester area. All programs are offered at no cost to participants.
Together, we walk to show our community that mental health matters and that no one should face these challenges alone. It is a morning filled with heart, hope, and community spirit that your family will be glad to be part of.
