We know a lot about Ballroom and Latin Dance at Fred Astaire Rochester. We know it builds confidence, stamina, physical health and mental stregth. We know you can work on balance, posture, flexability. You learn teamwork, how to be a leader and how to follow direction and these are jsut a few of the benefits of Ballroom Dance.
Whether you dance competatively or for social enjoyment Fred Astaire Rochester uses a proven syllabus system, certifed instructors and internatinally awarded owners to help you reach your goals!
We LOVE to offer the opportunity to discover Ballroom and Latin Dance and an Open House is a great way for you and your family to see our facilities, meet our instructors, talk to current students, take a FREE lesson and basically have a great time!
This is the first open house where we are offering a discoutned kids package but, we do have several youth who dance with us!
