Polliwog I Swim Lessons

Beginner I Level: This level introduces the child to safe entries and exits, proper bubble blowing, back floats with assistance and learning the paddle stroke. The use of Instructional Floatation Devices (IFDs) will be used to help strengthen the swimmer while fostering independence.
