Join the Dharma Refuge and Nazareth University communities for a public talk (May 2) and weekend retreat (May 3-4) with meditation master and Buddhist teacher Anam Thubten Rinpoche. With relevance, humor, and an extraordinary level of accessibility, he will guide participants in navigating these turbulent times, presenting the essential teachings and practices from his wisdom lineage.

This immersive experience will offer wisdom teachings and meditations designed to help participants recognize and rest in their unconditioned state of being—our innate source of refuge and resilience. No prior meditation experience or familiarity with Dharma (wisdom) teachings is required. (doors open at 6:30)
