Rochester Cocktail Revival 2025
Rochester Cocktail Revival is New York State's only annual weeklong spirits festival, currently in its twelfth year. Since its inception in 2014, RCR has grown to include 30+ craft cocktail bars and present 15+ pairing dinners, 40+ parties, a daytime spirit tasting event, hands-on educational seminars, live music, interactive entertainment at arts venues, and the climactic Bar Room Battle Royale between local mixologists throughout its annual seven-day run. More than 30 venues around Rochester.

The 2014-24 editions of the Rochester Cocktail Revival drew attendees from New York State and beyond. Estimated attendance has multiplied from 2,000 enthusiastic imbibers in 2014 to more than 18,000 in 2024. RCR also attracts national and international spirit professionals. Past speakers, presenters and judges include such liquid luminaries as Dave Arnold, Dale DeGroff, Lynn House, David Kaplan, Lynnette Marrero, Ivy Mix, Gaz Regan, Noah Rothbaum, Eamon Rockey, Robert Simonson, Amy Stewart, Steven Soderbergh, David Wondrich and more.
