Safety In the Woods

This class has a high focus on outdoor living skills, environmental education, and health education. Learn about the steps in trip planning depending on where you're going and the duration of the trip. Students will develop check-list for simple trips. Class will cover how to use simple clothing and tools to create splints and slings. We will also cover how to assess your surroundings and patient. Career Connection:Forest Ranger, EMT

Registration deadline- The registration deadline is the Monday before each classor session by 5:00PM. Registering after Monday at 5:00PM will result in $10 late registration fee, per child. You may register at the Arrowhead Main Office or online. After Monday you may only register by stopping in the main office at Arrowhead.
