While we are self isolating, fueling your body with nutrient- dense food is more important than ever. Please join me for inspiration + hands on cooking techniques so you can build confidence in your kitchen. During TOTK’s Home Schooling Cooking Sessions, you will: Learn to follow a recipe; learn how to use cooking equipment; food processor, blenders, mixers etc.; learn how to measure, sauté, whisk; cook/bake/blend using nutritious organic ingredients; experiment with new food. The best part is you will taste first hand how delicious and healthy making it from scratch can be!
