Waterfall Hike and VIP Tasting Experience at Hollerhorn Distilling

Grimes Glen is located just a few miles north west of Naples, NY. We’ll see three waterfalls, and crystal clear pools framed by majestic hemlock trees, and shale bluffs towering up to 200 feet. Wear water shoes and expect to get your feet wet. Eventually we’ll be walking right in the water to get to the waterfalls which are all around 60′ high. The hike will be about an hour and 15 minutes including a mid-hike A-List Eats granola oat bar plus post-hike time at the Distillery for some delicious bites and sips.
Your ticket includes an A-List Eats granola oat bar and tasting tour with owner/distiller Karl Neubauer who will walk us through (2) different Hollerhorn Whiskey samples (Single Barrel Bourbon, and Single Barrel American Single Malt Whiskey) paired with aged cheese. Samples can be added to a brunch cocktail or enjoyed as samples. Participants will learn sensory analysis, and the laws governing the different samples, and are encouraged to ask questions, and share their thoughts and insights throughout the process.
Additional beverages and brunch are extra. A full delicious menu of cocktails and brunch is available.

PARKING/LOCATION
Grimes Glen is approximately 1 hour from Rochester. We’ll meet at 11 pm and leave when everyone arrives or by 11:15, so be sure to give yourself enough time. Ticket holders will receive detailed parking info.
WHAT TO BRING:
We recommend hiking sandals or sneakers you dont mind getting wet. Bring sunscreen, water, your camera and change of shoes at the distillery. Bathing suits optional.
