Wine and pasta are the perfect pair. Pasta textures, fillings, and sauces will significantly impact which wine pairs best – discover how in this exciting and delicious class September 20, 2019! As you are served a trio of pastas with a variety of sauces, our Beverage Educator will guide you through which NYS wines pair with each flavor profile.
