Throughout chocolate’s long history, it has been known as the “food of the gods.” For millennia, chocolate was consumed as a beverage, and used in religious ceremonies.
Its transition to the food we know and love took place within the past two centuries, on a different continent, and it’s made a big difference.
Taste a variety of chocolate with us as we travel through time and explore the history of chocolate!
