Finding healthy fruit and vegetable recipes for your family can be difficult if you aren't sure where to start. TaMiya Powell, JSY Nutrition Educator at Foodlink, will give a brief introduction to healthy nutrition, then whip together a tasty demonstration with samples for all present. Recipes and other handouts will be given to all participants. Registration is requested due to limited space.
