Full Moon Snowshoe at Helmer Nature Center

Sat, Jan 31: Join us on a guided snowshoe hike through the HNC’s snow-covered trails. Enjoy the winter silence under the moon. Follow wildlife tracks and maybe hear an owl or coyote! Afterward, warm up inside with a tasty treat and hot beverages. Price is $5 HNC Members, $7 Non-Members and includes snowshoe rental, basic snowshoeing instruction, guided walk & refreshments.

Snowshoeing is weather dependent and requires a 6 to 8 inch snow base on the trails. If we don’t have enough snow, it will be a hike instead
