Jungle Jog 5k Run and Walk
Gather your herd and run, walk, or stroll through the only race in Rochester that starts in Seneca Park and navigates through the Seneca Park Zoo, before coming to a wild finish.

Enjoy a morning of fun with family, friends, or colleagues that includes a warm-up session, animal ambassador meet & greet, and Kids Fun Run. Then use your race bib for a free day-pass and enjoy a leisurely visit with the animals of Seneca Park Zoo!
Celebrating Our North American River Otters
This year our Jungle Jog swag celebrates our playful and fun North American River Otters! There are six North American river otters at Seneca Park Zoo—three females and three males. Ashkii, Sailor, and Gary are our adult otters. Most recently, on January 19, 2025, Ashkii and Gary welcomed three otter pups—two females and one male.
