The New York Museum of Transportation is unique among Western New York's museums. In Rush, just 20 minutes from Rochester, the museum features vintage trolley cars, highway and horse-drawn vehicles, a steam locomotive, several model railroads, photos, exhibits, gallery, and gift shop. OFC Creations (Opportunities For Creativity) continues to enhance the arts throughout the Rochester area for all ages. Through shows, unique events, and educational classes - OFC is committed to giving back to our next generation. In summer 2020, OFC opened a brand new theatre in Brighton, the OFC Creations Theatre Center. The new OFC Creations Theatre Center (3450 Winton Pl, Rochester, NY 14623), opened in July 2020, is a multi-purpose arts center focused on youth theater education and performances, mounting professional plays and musicals, hosting community events, presenting out-of-town entertainers, and providing much-needed performance space to local arts groups. The center offers classes in acting, singing, and dancing; school field trips and tours; community events; and theater camps during summer and school. OFC runs ROC Summer Theatre Experience: The largest theatre summer camp program in upstate NY.

RocVentures is Rochester’s longest operating indoor climbing gym, offering top roping, bouldering, lead climbing, and ropes challenges. With rental gear and starter classes for beginners, affordable memberships for regulars, and special events for our robust community, RocVentures is a space for climbers of all levels.

Bach to Rock Penfield is a locally owned music school in Penfield, NY, offering lessons for all ages and skill levels in the Rochester area. We provide private and virtual lessons for all instruments, early childhood classes, band and glee club opportunities, music camps, DJ lessons, music production courses, and MUSE—a program for aspiring singer-songwriters. We also offer on-site homeschooling programs, birthday parties, and more!
